well they were pretty good this year we only had 9 Car wrecks and 2 house fires!!! which is down from last years 14 car wrecks adn 4 house fires!
but still that ment that the entire station didn't get any sleep what so ever! sooo... i'm going to run on the five hours i got after i got off then it's back to the station at 5:20 today sooooooo..... prayers are welcome!
so i'm up at the station... and ... well i'm kinda board...
i thought i wasn't suppose to be up here today, i was down in the gallaria area and got a call from my capt. and was like oh drat... and so i quickly did what i needed to do and got caught in traffic trying to get home then to the station by 7 when my stupid shift started at 6.... so i got some(alot) of greef over it and jsut got finished cleaning junk because i was late... any hoo...
i got my first real house fire the other night, it was a 3 min responce time .. which is really close so i barly had time to get my gear on and out of the truck before we were on scene! i went thru 3.5 thirty min air bottles, and was in the fire about an hour and twenty before my chief put me on recoop; it was a blast we didn't get out untill like 3 am then got back to the station and got another call that it had started up again! i was sooooooo tired that when we got over there the second time station 2 took it and when i heard that i fell asleep in the truck! sooooo after being on for 28hrs paid off when those tones went out! thanx to everyone who prays for me when i'm up here!
any way i'm going to hit the sac!!!!! :) SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!

because of the laws in place i really can't say anything but... let's just say the 6 call that we got to night (so far we still got 4 hrs) were really REALLY Bad...

okay so i really don't know how this is suppose to work but... here i go
8 weird things about my self
1- when i blow my nose i look at the Kleenex and see what good i did.
2- i am very random with my music selection, i could be kickn' it with some rascal flatts one song then do a 180 and rock it with gun's and roses the next song.
3- i was trained to be right handed but... for some reason i do things better with my left ( like rifle shooting, and passing the lacrosse ball around)
4- i want to meet the girls parents before we go out.
5- i sleep with 12 pillows... yes 12.
6- me and my dog are exactly the same... big and lazy!
7-i go to auto zone so much that they know me by name and i get stuff free!
8- I sit in my '67 f-100 pick up(which does not run BTW) when the wind is blowing and pretend to be cruising just dreaming about the day that i get it back up and running!
