Last week we stayed with Craig's parents. Craig got to hunt a few times and I got to spend time with my mother-in-law. Tuesday we drove to Lost Maples State Park. The fall colors were beautiful this year. Craig & I had been once before, but it was Henry & Beverly's first time. When we first got there it was kinda cold & windy. Beverly & I didn't have jackets, so we went inside the gift shop to find something. We ended up getting the "cheapest" (not really cheap) thing. They were gray hoodies with green & yellow writing that said "Happy Camper" with a smiley face wearing a bucket hat. It was really funny. The hike was great, but it really wore Jacob out. On the way home we went through Medina and got apple ice cream; it was good, but we really couldn't taste the apple. We had a really good week with them, even though, we both ended up getting a cold. Enjoy the pictures.
It was GORGEOUS!! There was this one lady who fell on the rocks crossing the creek while we were there!! Seemed pretty bad. We are trying to get back in the awing of things and get tools and supplies for our business!! It's exciting.
Thursday I took Jacob to the Library for story time. All the kids got to wear their Halloween costumes. Jacob was a very colorful lion. He was soooo cute! That afternoon we took him to get pictures. All of the pictures turned out great. We had a hard time choosing. Friday night we went to her house for a party and trick or treating. It was so much fun! All of the kids we're so cute in their costumes! Today we went to visit my parents, sister & nephew. I put Jacob in his costume, so they could see him.....OK, so I could see it again too. ;)
Hi Kendra. Thanks for checking on me. Aedan had a little stomach thing going on last night and I was kinda iffy. I really didn't want to share it with anyone @ church, or @ our group meeting! I picked Aedan up early from school today; he called about 1:15 saying he wasn't right, so I guess it's still hanging on....Hope you and the men are getting over the sugar coma that follows Halloween! That sure is a cutie lion you got there! :)
I just read your things below - I like the Aunt Lulu! That's so cute! I'm trying to convince my nieces and nephews that Matthew should be Uncle Bubba... ;)
yeah..we really like it there! it's neat! toasted pumpkin seeds good..you gotta soak em for a while in water....and then mix them up with a little oil and salt and bake them in the oven..atleast thats how we always did it.
Kendra - I really hope you are feeling better soon. Missed your smiling face yesterday am! (Had to work the evening shift) Kiss Baby Boy for me....I'll see if I can find an edible necklace to wear for him. :)

I knew a couple of those, but I didn't know about the rooster!! That is so scary! I would never trust a chicken/rooster again! I also didn't know you once wanted to be a photographer for National Geograhic. You could've joined Hilary & Jay in Africa. ;) I really love your blessings list. They all are truly wonderful & blessings from God.
So glad you did this...I would have never known #6. Love the blessings, can't wait to see your house one day. I really enjoyed visiting with you as well.
Wow, that's scary. I'm a little afraid of one of those geese at the shop; it seems a little overprotective of its space. I'm really glad you're getting to stay home with Jacob. That is a wonderful blessing.
My dream at one time was to be a photographer too. I thought it would be one of the neatest things. Travel, see the world & admire & capture the beauty in the nature around us. God's creation. :) #6 didn't sound like fun! Lot's of blessings! :)
